Technical service

The Service Department advises on technical issues of equipment operation, setting up the production process, warranty and post-warranty repair of equipment. The work is performed by certified service engineers who have received the necessary training in training centers of manufacturing companies.

Maintenance, repair and replacement of components is carried out on the territory of the customers. Service engineers use original spare parts recommended by manufacturers of Equipment.

Currently the Service Department consists of 20 highly qualified field technicians to carry on installation, maintenance and repair of equipment. Each specialist has a profile specialization in the field of glass, stone or wood processing and provides the maintenance of a specific type of equipment or specific brand.
