The Service Department adresses technical issues of equipment operation, setting up the production process, warranty and post-warranty repair of equipment. Our certified service engineers, who have received the necessary training in training centers of manufacturing companies, will gladly assist you.
Maintenance, repair and replacement of components is conducted at a customer’s site. Service engineers use original spare parts recommended by Equipment manufacturers.
Currently, the Service Department consists of twenty highly qualified field technicians who install, maintain and repair equipment. Every specialist has a profile specialization in the field of glass, stone or wood processing and provides the maintenance of a specific type of equipment or specific brand.
